We will have Kathleen Matthews, Chair of the Maryland Democratic Party talk about the November election results locally and nationally.

Perhaps, the most well-known member of the Democratic Socialist of America right now is Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, a 28-year-old Latina in New York who upset Congressman Joe Crowley, a potential successor to Nancy Pelosi as leader or speaker of the House of Representatives. If you are interested in learning more about what Democratic Socialist means, we will have Woody Woodruff of the Democratic Socialist of America.
