What’s on the Agenda

• Guest Keynote Speaker: We are excited to welcome Kenneth Bell, Regional Organizing Director for the Maryland Democratic Party. Kenneth will lay out strategic priorities for Prince George's County, detail key canvassing and phone banking goals, and share how you can make a direct impact in the final weeks before election day.

• Labor Day Festival Success: We’ll recap our parade march alongside the Democratic Central Committee, break down our turnout metrics, and celebrate our volunteer achievements from over the holiday weekend.

• Live Raffle Drawing: We will cap off the night by selecting the winning ticket live! Make sure to grab your final entries before the drawing begins.

The 70th annual Greenbelt Labor Day Festival will take place September 5th thru 7th.  The Festival provides opportunities for the Roosevelt Club to raise our profile and to organize for the coming year!!

Come join us Monday, September 7h, as we march in the Greenbelt Labor Day Parade.

If you would like to walk with us, we'll meet at 9:30am on Crescent Road, close to the Baptist Church. The Parade will start at 10 AM sharp.
