Our guest speaker is State Delegate Jimmy Tarlau representing District 47A in Prince George's County.

Delegate Tarlau recently retired from the Communications Workers of America where he was the assistant to the Vice President. He has negotiated collective bargaining contracts, defended workers in arbitration cases, lobbied for public polices to help working people and help elect candidates who support working families.
